Set up alerts (Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhook)
Add a channel on the Alerts page; down sites are announced after 9 minutes so short blips stay quiet.
Add a channel
- 1Open Dashboard → Alerts and press Add channel (or Add your first channel).
- 2Pick Slack, Discord, Telegram or a signed webhook and paste what the form asks for. Each type links to its vendor's own guide for getting the webhook or bot token.
- 3Save. A test message is sent at once; if it fails, the channel shows the error.
When you are told
A site that stays down for 9 minutes, or slow for 30, is announced. Shorter outages are shown on the dashboard at once but not sent, so a 2-minute blip does not wake anyone. You hear when it is back only if the problem was announced.
Also: fatal errors, SSL and domain expiry, nameserver changes, malware found, exposed files and blacklists. Three or more at once fold into one message; an open problem is repeated every 6 hours.
Quiet hours, mutes and digests
Each channel can have quiet hours, mute a site, and send a daily or weekly digest instead of single messages. Email alerts are not available yet.
Still stuck? Ask Commander in your dashboard and press Talk to a person.
